The service staff is great, and they do usually keep the place clean, but the space is far too small for how many machines they're are. There aren't enough machines to begin with, so I understand why it's a little tight, but PF should rent a larger space or open another one nearby as its the only PF near this area. Also, when equipment breaks, it is out of order WAY too long. Some of these machines are too old and clearly need to be replaced. I understand that a lot of the free weight equipment, like bench presses and squat racks, were removed to maintain their "no gymtimidation" image, but I don't think they were hurting anyone's feelings...

It's a decent enough gym for the price. Could use some more variety in machines. Always clean and usually not too crowded (if you don't go during the rushes).

Worst customer service ever!! Be wise take your business elsewhere. If you are a current customer then read your contract word for word and please know they have zero desire to keep their customers happy!! Whatever you do make your cancel your membership before their billing goes out because their policy won't allow them to refund you!! Annual fee was charged I cancelled 2 days after the annual fee was charged and no refund. So I paid $30 annual fee for a gym that I am no longer a part of. Brilliant.

Its a feel good gym for people who don't like the gym crowd. I like the gym. Its mostly clean and it has nice amenities but my main issue is all the smiths machines. No squat rack, no real bench press, and no deadlift. For many strength trainers this is a must have. I understand the "no lunk" policy but that doesn't mean people cant control their workouts. Overall its a good gym for $10 a month and $40 annual fee but I still cant get over the no deadlifts, and proper squats and bench presses.
