I have been a member for over a year and love it! American Fitness provides very dynamic classes that fit multiple needs. It is a fun and motivating environment!  The owner, Jason, and all of the trainers  are all extremely approachable, honest and caring. Each one provides their own training style with very diverse workouts that benefit you. The best part is that they are focused on your goals and helping you do your best to achieve them.

I’ve been going to American Fitness Center for a little over 8 months, and it has been the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Whether you want group classes, one-on-one training, or to just work out on your own, AFC has it all; reasonable prices combined with a wide variety of workout equipment.

The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome and at home. There is a relaxed vibe about AFC that made it an obvious choice over some of the local chain gyms in the area. After visiting gyms in Nashua all day back in April, I walked into AFC, signed up after a brief tour, and have enjoyed being a member ever since.

I’ve been using this gym for several months now and it’s honestly the longest that I’ve stuck with a fitness routine in my adult life. 
It’s more than treadmills, lifting and equipment- it’s fun and motivational. Staff is great!

I've gone to a lot of gyms in the past. I was introduced to American fitness center about 5 years ago. It's by far my favorite gym!! Jason, the owner is very nice, inviting and always says hi! (It's the little things, that make you feel at home there). 
He offers a variety, which is great!! From tire flipping, to a few obstacles, monkey bars, rope climb, cargo net. The weight lifting section, and my favorite are the classes!! I do three a week and they all leave me dripping sweat! They are there if you have any questions! 
My son has been going there as well for the past 4 years! 
I highly recommend American fitness center!

I’m incredibly thankful that I found this gym and decided to give it a shot. After taking a 7 year break from the gym and losing all confidence in my fitness, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get back.

The staff at the gym is friendly and more importantly so are the members. Everyone seems to be there to work, and I feel that there’s never any judgement being passed. This makes it enjoyable to go, and has enabled me to make the gym my habit again. 

The gym has a ton to offer as well. With a huge open space for all sorts of training (sleds, Big tires, ropes, heavy bags, etc), it makes it easy to change up your workouts so that you don’t get bored. Furthermore, there are group classes almost everyday and they offer personal training (which includes dietary education) as well. I decided to sign on to personal training to add a level of accountability and keep me on track. I have to say, Michelle is an amazing trainer and mentor, and I know she truly cares about the success and results of her clients. 

Results speak for themselves. It’s been 6 weeks and I’ve lost almost 25 pounds and gained definition back in muscles I haven’t noticed in awhile. If anyone is on the fence about trying a gym that they haven’t heard commercials for on tv, know that you’re one of the lucky ones that found American Fitness Center!
