now) I've never really had any issues it's a very basic gym and for the most part the staff is nice. Issue number one is the hours. Reason I joined is because the gyms thing was 24 hours. Now weekends closed at 7. Biggest issue as of late is this ONE staff member I have to bite my tongue with every single time I come in. Short Hispanic woman who wears glasses around 40 years old... I didn't ask her name, with a very smug nasty attitude. Never went to put a review in until today (around 5 pm) I went to get a massage for 5 minutes. One bottle of water with me as always. After my massage i take that ONE FULL bottle with me to get my cardio in. This woman follows me and yells at me to clean up the massage room. There were 4 bottles in the room NONE OF WHICH WERE MINE. Makes a scene while I'm on the elliptical and tells me to clean this room. First of all those were not mine. I take my one bottle I always have with me around the gym for When I work out. Then she threatens me that If I don't clean the 4 bottles which were not mine... I'd be banned from the massage room. First issue I've really had with the staff. Otherwise friendly. She is nasty and always has an attitude but today I really had no choice but to make this post. Thinking of switching gyms now which I'm not happy about. Started loving the gym and was there all the time and now this is the only reason I dread it. This one staff member and its really inexcusable.

This is a sad place. I've witnessed the girls at the front desk being very rude to customers with innocent questions. They don't make anyone feel welcome and are always on their cellphones. The equipment is dirty and water bottle holders are packed with dust and grime. I've seen the manger remind one of the employees to hit the green button on the customer satisfaction display before he left his shift for the day. My suggestions to the Edison PF: Smile and be kind to customers Clean the equipment Switch to hand towels for customers to wipe down machines to save all that paper that's being wasted.

I am finding out how to cancel my membership and receive a refund for the last 2 months. I am disgusted with how I have been treated. I addressed it with assistant manager and got no where I tried to get in touch with club manager and they gave me the card with store number on it not the GMS even after asking if thats how I directly reach her. I am contacting a lawyer as well. it was abuse and I'm really upset. and the fact that I'm reading comments similar to my situation makes me laugh. and seeing the owner respond so generically and claiming the staff are always ready to help is mind boggling as well as humorous

Awesome place! First time gym goer and they were nice, everything is clean, no one bothers you or watch’s you, definitely coming back.

Located in a strip center in a "newer" town square. All of the amenities that other Planet Fitness locations offer such as free weights, nautilis machine, areas for abs, stretching. As well as various cardio machines. The space gives the feeling of a low ceiling. Staff wasn't the friendliest. Beverages for purchase avail.
