Great gym. They have everything you can possibly need and then some. They also have a great private training area. 

I train with Chris Greco. He’s dedicated, driven and very knowledgeable about nutrition, supplements and exercise. Whether you are shooting for weight loss or trying to achieve that elusive beach body, I strongly recommend Chris. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years and I have never met anyone that cares as much about his clients, listens intently to feedback or drives you to be a better person in and out of the gym. In just a few months I have seen a transformation in my physique and overall well-being. More important, I have learned a lot from Chris. He has helped me to improve my solo workouts and drives me to get the most out of our sessions together. If you are determined to change your body image or just want to get the most out of your experience in the gym, get with Chris. You won’t regret it.

LIke other reviews mentioned, the membership prices are great for the various services Jersey Strong provides. My trainer David is motivating and is amazing at adapting my personal training sessions to match my physical fitness (or lack thereof). He and the group class instructors I've had are really friendly with a hint of that much needed tough love.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I signed up for personal training a little over a year ago. I work 7 days a week, 12 hour days, but I wanted to get moving so when I signed up I was promised a trainer would be available to me at 5:30 AM. For a month it was good, then my trainer left and for over a month I had a different trainer every day/week. Then when I finally got fed up because I was stood up by a trainer at 5:30 AM, I had enough. The gym could not provide a trainer for me BUT refused to cancel my membership. This was almost a year ago now. I paid them off and today I am still getting emails that I owe money that I do not owe! And on top of that, there is no one to speak to because corporate needs to be “sent a request” and will hopefully get back to you. I have sent over 8 requests in 2 weeks. Maybe 3 responses. Absolute worst customer service and worst gym I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I suggest no one should ever use this gym ever. Plus it is dirty and machines are always broken.

The classes are fun and uplifting, great way to start my day. I  have  lost over 170lbs since starting over a year ago baby steps but I feel great my health has dramatically improved and I will continue to make strides at jersey strong the staff are extremely helpful!!

Classes are great!! Zumba on Tuesdays/Saturdays with Audi are the best!! Team training and boot camp with personal trainer david is also a great workout!! Highly recommended.
