I looooove this place. The staff is friendly and always greet with a smile. They have the absolute best trainer ever, Jamal has been great and has helped me achieve goals and lift weights I never would have done on my own. He has truly made a difference and I look forward to my workout  every day.  He has pushed me beyond my limit and motivated me every step of the way. Extremely excited about reaching my goals!!

I was physicaly assulted by an employee here. The employee is named patrick, he's a short male with very scrawnny and weak legs. His torso is to big for his disfigured legs he stands out as an eye sore. This same employee also threatend me with violence on an occasion. Since his criminal behavior i cancel my membership here. I would condemn this place to anyone if you value your safety. planet fitness corporate office did nothing about the matter. Stay away, take your money else where.

The branch manager in this location is an awful person to work with. This man or lady  can't explain why moneg is being taken from my bank account monthly but I am being told I can't work out. This is stealing. Each month I am paying....I do have a past due balancestors but why is money being taken from my account every  month aND being told by the staff that I can't use the services. The branch maanger hung the phone up in my face after yelling and screaming at me over the phone. I asked for to speak with her supervisor and she would not give me any information  to report this location. This location is the most unprofessional operating fitness center in Columbus, Ga. EVEN THE STAFF LACKS GOOD CUSTOMER. SERVICE. AT NO POINT SHOULD A STAFF MEMBER TELL A CUSTOMER THAT IF THEY PAY THEIR BILLS  THEN I COULD USE THE SERVICE WHILE MONEY IS COMING FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. WHAT HAPPENED TO ASKING ABOUT WHAT OCCUR IN SOMEONE LIFE THAT MAY HAVE CAUSED A PAYMENT TO GO INTO DEFAULT. HONESTLY, THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION SHOULD START CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING FOR STAFF. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANY ONE TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Just rude and unprofessional staff. I will be seeking information to report the entire company for denying  services after taking money from my bank account. As long as money is coming from my account i should be able to use the service. That branch maanger is an awful person to do busiNess with.

Lots of great equipment that I never have to wait for, great tanning, great prices...love it so far.  I did Max Fitness twice and HATED IT both times  (so many billing isssues!) but Planet Fitness has been amazing.  Staff is great and there is so much more equipment and it is all so clean.  ++++++
