Great gym. It's an older place, but clean. Plenty of equipment even during peak times you rarely have to wait for machine/bench/weights. Fun classes with friendly instructors. People keep to themselves and do their own thing, no one rly bugs, hits on ppl, or sits around taking selfies (all a problem at other gyms I've been too). It's also relativity quiet, ppl are respectful of others, no dropping weights, yelling, grunting, Hulking out kinda thing. Most ppl clean their cardio equip, some don't. I haven't had any interaction with the desk staff, but they say hello when you walk in. The ladies in the child care room are great, my kiddo loves going there.

It's OK, could be better. For the monthly membership costs some of the equipment needs to be updated and more than one water fountain would be nice. Some punching bags would be nice too.

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service.  I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and the girl at the front desk hung up on me when I asked for her name after she was extremely rude to me on the phone.  I am still in shock and never expected this from this particular gym.

It is crowded during peak hours of the day. I personally go after hours around 1130pm and you pretty much have the gym to yourself. Price is $42/month and also an activation fee.
