Signed up today and wasn't pleased at all with the costumer service the guy that helped me had a scruffy beard redish brownish tint he didn't make me feel welcomed at all he was so worried about signing me up I had to ask him can I please see the place and his response was I need your credit card and I repeated myself again and he was like oh yeah go ahead most gyms I've had a membership at would walk you the place and show you around I don't know if his head was not there today or if he was a little distracted but I very disappointed I will never go back to the location the only reason I signed up was because it was such a goood deal Hudson bridge defff has better service.
