All in all its a great gym. Lots of equipment, amenities, and weights. Staff is always friendly and the locker rooms are typically clean as well.The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the leak that has been in the roof for years. since I was in high school, its been leaking in the same spot. and the lack of updated equipment for the cable machines. they have one straight bar attachment that looks like it'll break at any rep from being so worn out, there are a few 45lb plates that are chipped and broken in places, and they have 1 legitimate squat rack and 1 location to do deadlifts. there is a smaller rack and mat to also do both lifts on, but its right in the middle of the walk path beside the benches. and not even 1 set of bumper plates to use on the deadlifts so you're not banging steel plates on the ground, causing them to chip from vibration (because bumpers are larger than standard plates the plates wouldn't hit the ground). I haven't seen damage to any other plates where pieces of steel are falling off the plates except the 45s. The layout could use a modification also to place the machines and the free weights beside each other and place the cardio equipment at the beginning of the gym, but with the TVs and constant flow of people, I understand the difficulty in that. other than that, its great. 24 hours for 40 some odd bucks a month isn't too bad, especially when no other gym in the area has the size to compete.

Nice location and staff. The facility though is in need of maintenance and a professional cleaning team.

I have been sold. Pretty friendly members. All the equipment is functional. PEOPLE RERACK THEIR WEIGHTS!!! I'm pretty much sold.

About the most weight lifting equipment you will find in this area. It's the only place in mcdonough that you'll find hammer machines and this many Saturday racks. May be difficult if you have allergies though. This place is usually really dusty.

Membership is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Staff is nice and it's very clean. You don't feel intimated while working out, which can often deter people. Awesome overall!
