I made a (U Turn) and was followed for *2 MILES* by a Plantation Police officer. HE finally pulls me over and says "I'm getting a ticket",  because when I turned RIGHT it was into the second lane not the first. Oh wait it gets better! I informed him that I was coming from 24 hour Fitness , after he ask. Then he proceeds to ask for proof of my membership! 😑 He then starts  to correct my grammar while I'm talking. Thanks Grammer Police !

My truck was broken into over the weekend and cash was taken. I called Plantation PD and they responded very quickly to document and take my statement. The dispatcher and officer were both very professional and curtious. Even though there wasn't much they could do about my loss due to the time lapse from when the incident occurred and when I reported it, they assured me that they would patrol my neighborhood more often to hopefully avoid more thefts throughout the neighborhood. As often as you may see negatives about police on the news, always remember they are here for us! Thanks again Plantation PD!

This police department is not good not happy i rate fort Lauderdale police station is  the best. They need to close them down plantation and lauderhill and just keep fort Lauderdale police station open

On Wednesday 7/5/17, I picked up my son from his summer job. It  was 11:30pm & I was sleepy so he drove us home. Not being accustomed to my vehicle he neglected to turn the headlights on all the way & was pulled over by Plantation Police. The officers were very kind, engaging & professional making his first traffic stop a positive experience. Thank you to those 2 officers!
