They are horrible! The manager Nina is very rude and money hungry ! There was dirt under my nails, I asked her to clean them and she wanted to charge me $5 extra to clean my nails and cut my cuticles, on top of me already paying $30 for my nail service! I paid for SNS and she did not clean my nails nor cut my cuticles, I left with the same dirt under my nails that I came in with , HORRIBLE MANNERS! And it's sad because her employees are not as bad! NO STARS AT ALL! Once you become a regular they act as if you are bothering them and not coming in for a service

I asked for full set and they put the nail polish first turn acrylic and they charged 55 dollars and they were not even.

Horrible! They are high, with rude service! They force you to get the color they want you to have AND if you change it they charge you for it!! Don't patronize here and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well!

Horrible customer service! Nina doesn't care what you're saying, it's her way or no way. The customer is never right here. 🗣DO NOT COME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
