I have never been disappointed with the snellville platos closet. I have a hard time finding used size 13 shoes that are in good condition. With that being said I found a pair of trek 45 Jordan's, Adidas hi top pro models, and 733 derrick rose 3s ALL IN MINT CONDITION! I also found a pair of ray bans for 15 and they are selling used for 200.The staff are very knowledgeable and kind and believe me when I say the prices they pay are fair. They are always willing to help and i have never been disrespected or talked down to. I am a frequent shopper there.

I was not happy with the quality of service. The staff was not friendly at all. They wouldn't buy ANY of my clothes because the staff member claimed "they were not in style." Even though my clothes had been bought within the past three years, were in great condition, and were popular name brands. I even brought in a pair of NEW BALANCE shoes and they tried to offer me five dollars for them! They wouldn't buy my clothes but had clothes in their store that haven't been "in style" since 2009. I will probably never go back to this location.

I had a good experience at Plato's Closet. The help Took care of me by taking my Good used cloths and paying me more than I expected.
They also helped me pick out replacements that were what I needed.
And they did it quickly.

Men!! i got me a nice brand name sneakers. The costomer service was very nice and welcoming.  I need me a nice DB bag i will be back

Brought in nice, in tact clothes to sell. They only picked 2 items, a silk romper and denim-looking leggings. If I was really lucky I would have been good walking away with $15-$20. Man, when the cashier told me "480" i was like $4.80? He said yes. I just walked out with my clothes. I might as well go to Goodwill and give them away. But I bet they would try to sell the romper for $20 and the leggings for $10. I rather for that extreme profit to go to some other people, Goodwill here I come. Who would be ok with making less than $5? They could have even told me $10 but not no less than $5.
