Jeff in the car audio department is top notch. He approached us asking if we needed help, he began helping us, and anyone other customers that he could along the way. He paid attention to what we were saying we needed, was very knowledgeable about different vehicle specifications as they applied to his work, saved us money, AND accomplished all of this with a smile and friendly demeanor. After our audio transaction was complete, we mentioned a laptop charger that we couldn't find and the sales guys in the computer section couldn't/didn't care to find either. He went out of his way to look up our item in the system and walked us over to the area, THEN went to find the most competent computer guy there to further assist us. We found the charger and got the car audio system when all we really NEEDED was the charger. Jeff totally made our experience enjoyable while earning our repeated business and respect. That man needs a raise. Thanks again, Jeff!

I made a purchase online to be picked up in store on 12/23/17. The only reason I went ahead with the purchase is because it said I would be able to pick it up before 11pm that same day. I went to the store right around 10:30pm in hopes that they might have the item ready but no. After about 20 minutes standing in line, a Best Buy rep came up and asked what I needed and I explained to him my situation but he rudely just said that there was nothing he or the store could do to help me out and that I would just have to wait for them to contact me when the item was ready for me the next day. Well, the item did not become available the next day either and I was not able to give it as a Christmas gift. I got an email in the middle of the night on Christmas day saying that the item would not be available and that I would have to go to another store but at this point I was a little aggravated and just ignored the notice. On the next day though, I got another email saying that the item finally became available Best Buy never reached out to at least apologize for the delay in getting my item.

Best Buy is the best place To get all my electronic needs at. And the great part is I can order online or from the app on my phone to get anything shipped quickly to the store for free. There Open Box Specials are awesome and there online Clearence and Outlet has great prices on many things. Their Service, Products, and Of Coarse GEEK Squad can help put a little or a lot of Technology in your life.

I ordered my ink online to be picked up at store. While I was there I picked up a couple of movies because they were deeply discounted. The black Friday sale was over but the sales associate honored the discounted prices and rang me up without a problem, she also took payment of my card so that I would not have to get back on line. Great customer service!

today I walked into this store to get 2 lines of sprint, after like an hour completing all the applications, the guy said to me go to sprint down the road to verify the application, 🤷‍♂️ so he wasn't able to get it done himself👎, so when I walked to sprint corporate office they were closed but still came out and said no the Best Buy store themselves should do all this, so he sent me back to Best Buy store, when I came back to store I told them sprint store gaved me this number that u should call to get it done, and the store manager was right next to the guy when I was talking him, and suddenly the first thing manager said to me was to get out of the store 🤷🏻‍♂️ or they call the police. really I mean really the manager said that. Great job, great customer service and great attitude Mr. manager 👏👏👏.
