Let me start by saying that I’ve never received awful service at Cracker Barrel until yesterday April 27, 2018. I walked in and placed my order at 9:14 a.m. I ordered a country ham biscuit with hash brown casserole. A gentleman walked in about five minutes after me and another young lady after him. Before the young lady could pay and walk away from the counter her order was up and ready. Which is expected since she called it in. However, my simple country ham, biscuit, and hash casserole was not. I walked the store and purchased a few other items. The manager walked pass me at least five times and never acknowledged me. She saw me standing and waiting. The gentleman’s order came out at 9:24 a.m. However, my country ham and biscuits with hash casserole was still not ready. The young lady who took my order ( name on ticket said Alison but her apron said Sophia ) called back inquiring about my order. She even walked to the kitchen to ask about it. The runner ( person bring the Togo orders from the kitchen to the counter ) asked me “what you order”? I told her country ham and biscuits with hash casserole. She never returned! The manager now was standing behind the counter but never addressed me at all. My simple breakfast came at 9:52 a.m. Needless to say, it was cold! I was thoroughly disappointed! I guess that’s what I get for trying a new Cracker Barrel ...

This is a very nice Cracker Barrel. I ate breakfast there with a friend and our service was spectacular! Our server was extremely nice and engaging. She attended to our every need in a very efficient manner. The food came out quickly and it was excellent. This restaurant is in an excellent location with several exits which allows you to leave very easily while avoiding traffic.

This is my go-to place for home cooking. You can't beat the prices, and the food is delicious. The thing I find most comfortable about Cracker Barrel is that they are the same wherever you go. Eat up my friends!🙌

This place felt like a replica of cracker barrel, the waiters were not friendly but the manager was nice.  the best part of  an cracker barrel are the pancakes, but the pancakes here were cold and did not taste fresh. It took forever for the waiters to bring me whatever I asked her but she was quick to bring me the check. I will have to continue driving 30 minutes to the cracker barrel on Jimmy Carter rather than this one.  SO SAD but I liked the store is big

This location may be experiencing new business problems. The wait staff was not knowledgeable about certain dishes and procedures.  The food was not good and the biscuits were dry.  My friend's Sunday School class was looking for a place to host their Christmas luncheon.  We were told they would set up tables and accommodate the gathering but it would be necessary for us to go online to make a reservation for 20 guests the morning before the gathering.  We did that only to discover  Cracker Barrel does not take reservations for large groups.  The class ended up waiting over an hour, after everyone arrived, to be seated and was not seated together.  All we needed to know is that Cracker Barrel does NOT accommodate large parties.
