You know, I read all the reviews before going in to sell and really didn't have high expectations, so I wasn't expecting to have a great experience. I took in some men's clothes for my bf, polos button ups and jeans totally maybe 10 items. They took 4 of the 10 and they paid me $18 and some change for it, and you know what, I was pleasantly pleased with my experience. The customer service was great, especially with them being a bit busy, they just didn't have time to chat you up. I was nice to them, and the same respect was given to me. They are a business and sorry they don't take certain items, just like some grocery stores don't have necessarily all the same brands as another. They don't have to accept what you are trying to sell to them. One of the shirts they didn't accept was a dress shirt from men's warehouse. It was an expensive shirt but I can't be mad they didn't take it because it was a 50/50 chance. It wasn't right for their store. I will continue to try and sell the rest online. I made more money selling those items to them than I would be gotten with them sitting in my closet or having to go to good will because nobody would but them.

Went in @ 7:10 to sell a few items. They were closing at 8 instead of 9 because of the weather (wasn’t raining, thundering, or lightning) wouldn’t let me sell anything and told me to come back the next day. Why couldn’t I sell to them? I live in Gulf Breeze.

They offer me low but expected prices for my things. I’m pleased I receive any reimbursement at all considering I’d just go to goodwill instead.

I have brought my clothes here multiple times. Every time I go through the trouble of washing, removing stains or spots on shoes and clothes, drying and neatly folding them and placing them in a sturdy box for them to easily look through. The past 3 times they have only purchased 1 or 2 items from me out of maybe 40 items I brought, 99% in very good condition as their advertisement says they require in order for them to purchase clothes. They throw my clothes back into the box in wads where they get all wrinkled and messed up again after I put in much effort of presenting them with clean folded clothes. I don't appreciate it at all. It's very discouraging and makes me feel like they don't appreciate my end of the deal with attempting to supply them with nice neat clothing for their business. I won't ever be coming back. This was my last shot at giving them the benefit of the doubt. If they have plenty of clothes to sell they should post that on their door as you walk in or on the phone when you call so if they don't plan on purchasing hardly anything at least people will know so they don't waste their time bringing clothes here.

I have been to this store 3 times in attempt to sell different items and they never accepted any of my things for ridiculous reasons. The last time I tried to sell items they were very busy. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but then they told me the wait was 1.5 hours and to leave my stuff in a bin. I did so and waited at another store for an hour and 45 minutes until I decided it wasn't worth the wait and I was going to go get my stuff whether it had been priced or not. I walk back into the store to see that they had finished my bag approximately 30 minutes prior and they didn't call me. Then they go through a list of reasons why they wouldn't accept any of my items including "styles too professional, stray threads, don't accept specific brands, etc" some of those items had never been worn yet they still claimed they were faded and wouldn't accept the items. no item was damaged or had any "stray threads" as they had claimed. One shirt still had a tag on it and they wouldn't offer anything! Unless your stuff is brand new, don't expect any sort of offer and even then I heard they offer you close to nothing. You are better off donating your items to a shelter or a good will.
