Doubled the price of the initial estimate after they started the work because they “found (cosmetic) issues” but couldn’t send pictures of the “new issues” they found. Service provider stated that he called me “as soon as he knew” but if I didn’t agree to the repairs, the car would look “awful.” Clearly he did not call “as soon as he knew” because work on the car was already done. When i infomed them that i needed to now consider insurance, this same person called me back in two hours to ask for my decision. Has anyone ever been able to discuss an issue, file a claim and receive a check from insurance in two hours? I must have the wrong insurance....

I would not recommend this body shop. I have given them multiple chances with multiple cars over a period of several years and the result has been consistently the same: no quality control which led to multiple come backs. On two separate occasions I got my car back with badges missing (they didn’t put the BMW roundel back on the hood and the badges on the side of the car were missing). I have other examples that are worse in that figment of body panels wasn’t proper, parts of the interior were damaged due to carelessness in reassembly, etc. My biggest gripe is that there is obviously no care for quality assurance on the part of management. If QA existed here, I would not have had to point out all the obvious issues to them when I came to pick up my car. If management of Plaza cared about the customer experience, they would assure quality before pushing the car out the door on the customer. The fact this place is supposedly a BMW, Mercedes, etc. certified collision center means nothing and did not provide any comfort to me whatsoever as I had to point out every large and small issue they missed in reassembly / repair of my vehicles.

I would give ZERO if these is an option. At the beginning of couple weeks no body even bothers to call me and let me know whats going on. DO NOT SIGN the goddam Agreement. They are just going to treat it as a blank check. Literally all they need to do is to replace car keys and one of the front tires. ($4500) Yet my car is still not repaired in like 5 weeks because they found more "problems".They received my car on Oct 5th and now is Nov 6th. They order all parts needed on Oct 13th and get them installed on Oct 26th. They have no clue how many more days its gonna take and how many more $$$ its gonna cost!!!!!!!People working there are very rude and unprofessional. Even a clerk can easily jump into my conversation by telling me that I aint certified technician therefore I should just be quiet and let them do their job. This is literally a 3 days job but they try to scam insurance company's money and make the timeframe much longer. Here is the better part, because these greedy bas%*#^ have held my car so long for again a 3 days job. There was a hail storm happened yesterday. Of course they are going to charge me another $3,390 for 2nd insurance claim. Sounds fishy enough? This wouldn't even happening if they were not trying to scam my money and my insurance in the 1st place. Already filed written complain to consumer protection bureau and I am going to sue this evil place. Luck you read this review. Hopefully this saves you money and time.

They do decent work and are the only certified BMW repair center in St. Louis apparently, however the headache of dealing with this business has been far less than satisfactory. I have had 2 vehicles repaired there in the last 3 years and on both occasions I had to bring it back after it was picked up for them to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. I find this extremely frustrating. After the most recent repair my vehicle was returned to me with a thin layer of white dust covering the entire dark interior and every nook and cranny and it was quite obvious on the surface of the leather seats and on the inside of the windows and sills. Once again I would think this would be something that would be addressed by the people doing the final check out and clean up before returning the car to the customer. I mentioned something to my contact there upon my return the second time to have the intia problem addressed again and they "wiped down the seats" and then after I left I had to take the car to a car wash and had the interior cleaned then I brought it home and spent a couple more hours getting white dust from the vents and cracks. Next time I guess I'll just try any body shop because they seem to do a much better job making sure the car is in expected condition when they return it to the customer from my previous experiences. I don't like to spend an additional 3-4 hours cleaning up a car after I pick it up from a "premium service" organization.
