Plaza Tire Nevada City is the best! I have been bring my VWs here for years when I'm in town. Today, I had an issue with brake light and tire pressure light coming on. After nearly 30 minutes of labor and the replacement of a fog light, the issues resolved and no charge! Where else do you get that. . . Nowhere is where! Thank you Plaza Tire staff!

The work was satisfactory but the service was terrible. I work near this location and heard from locals that it was good. I took my car in to be serviced and left it with the understanding that they would let me know when it was done. They never did and when I went back after work no one was there and my car was left unlocked in their lot and the key was locked in their office. I was stranded with no way to get home. Ultimately my wife had to make the 30 minute trek to bring me a key to my car. I chose this business because of their value and convenience and their poor service negated both. I would not choose this business again or recommend it to anyone else.

I have only  used Plaza tire a couple of times and so far I am rather happy with their service. They have done what they said they were going to do within a reasonable time frame. And they have always been curteous as well..
