Their response was very quick (like 30 minutes quick) from the time I called to arrival of plumber.  The job was done well, complete description of what was done with recommendations.  Price was extremely fair.  I will recommend their services.

Had to have our old leaky hot water heater replaced and a few other small things done. John and his apprentice did a wonderful job and had everything done that day. The price was really great and I'm very happy with the service. We will definitely be using him for any plumbing work we need done in the future!

We've used John Doerr for several jobs over the years, from small plumbing, replacing fixtures, to a huge job replacing a aging outdoor underground water line.  John was quick to respond and when we (my husband) couldn't figure out the issue, John was able to find the problem and resolve it quickly.  We've actually called him on other house related issues when we didn't know where to turn and he was able to point us in the direction of the help we needed... knowledgeable and resourceful!

We have called on John Doerr for jobs in the past, and have found him to be prompt, reliable and efficient. He answers all of your questions and explains why something may or may not work.  He does a great job for you and we were definitely not disappointed in the finished work.  We would highly recommend Plumb-Tech and John Doerr.

Will never use anyone else.  John assisted in many plumber jobs at once with us and we are 110% grateful for his level of professionalism and getting all the jobs done correctly the first time
