The plumber that came was excellent and did a great job and found the problem , but   I have  a problem with the office staff.  My kitchen sink faucet had to be replaced and a new one ordered.  The office never called to let  me know  it would take three days for the faucet to come in.    They should have called and told me it would be three days  and give me the opportunity to cancel if I did not want to wait.  This was not a fancy faucet one could have been picked up at a local store and I could have had the plumber install it.   I finally called and spoke to two different girls and I asked them about the faucet they knew nothing about  the delivery date .  She turned me over to the second girl and she did not know so I told her to call the supply house and let me know about the delivery date.  These girls could either have too  much to do or plain lazy. It is too bad this company has such poor back up and follow  up in the office.  Even though they  have a great plumber the office staff is not professional and could be responsible for their losing business.

We have used this firm several times over the last six years and they have been exceptional.  Quick to respond and quality work.  You can't beat that.

The Plumbing Co. provided the best plumbing service I have had to date. The plumber showed up on-time and was very courteous. They installed a water heater, fixed an issue with a faucet, and serviced my water softener. Their prices were extremely reasonable and they called back the next day to make sure everything was working right.
