I will never go to or suggest this branch to anyone.  If you already are doing any business with this branch, please beware of Ankita Sen who is one of the branch representatives.  Ankita Sen clearly cannot handle a simple task of opening a personal checking account.  She made numerous mistakes, did not follow their own guidelines and demanded that I come back to the branch while I am at work.  Ankita is very unprofessional and un-knowledgeable.  After I received all account documents including my debit card, my account was closed due to lack of follow up from Ankita.  Ankita clearly does not care about her customers and she makes sure you feel that way.

I own several business and this branch is the closest thing your going to get for a  personal banker . I appreciate other peoples opinions but in today's world of blind banking it's nice when the staff actually know who you are when you come into the branch!

Unsatisfied. I was trying to make bills change from 100 to 20's and they didn't allow my since i not has account. After such service i will never open account it this bank.

I think pnc has greatly improved their customer service, and additions like mobile check deposit and virtual wallet have been great for my customer experience as well

this place could not pay me to have an account there. I will never be a customer of this branch or any others, nor will my family. we have all had a poor experience since PNC bought out national city and I miss national city. I switched to Chase and I have never been happier.
