The male banker who answered the phone at this branch was probably cursing himself because it was 2pm and he only had 2 more hours before his weekend started. apparently the bankers only take your first and last name to access the account which is OK but when you have a 13 letter last name it makes everyones life miserable when they have to spell it. And let me tell you this man had a big problem spelling it correctly so after only three attempts he made an exasperated sound and said "its not going to work" and was about to hang up.I had to convince him to "not give up" and keep trying if this is the only way he can access my account. But of course if he gave up after spelling my name he was at no use after the real questions started. Just really lousy and lazy customer service and I realized Wells Fargo will be at very little help if you travel outside the country and need their assistance internationally.

Terrible experience 
Overall staff and branch manager are extremely friendly and helpful. 
Loan officers do not know their product well, did not listen to our needs and steered us in the wrong direction, ultimately wasting our time...
We ended up choosing a different bank for our needs.

Beyond ridiculous with their policies. Will not do any form with transactions for the exception of deposit through their drive-thru. Refusal without explanation as to why that policies in effect. The most rude individuals I have ever met and the only reason why I have to deal with them is for business nature only

This bank is the worst , they are the only one for miles . And they open at 9:00 am like it's a Saturday I don't why anyone whole a bank account there if you live in Illinois .
