We have been to this resort multiple times and every time we have had an excellent experience. The rooms are nice, food is very good. The staff is attentive and friendly. I recommend adding the breakfast buffet to your stay as it is excellent. The location is close to the outlets which my spouse appreciates, plus there are many activities at the resort. We will be going back again.

The Inn at Pocono Manor is located in beautiful Pocono Mountains. It was a nice hotel which let me escape reality for my short stay. The bar had decent food and atmosphere was cozy. Of course, because my stay was around Christmas time, there were a few Reindeer on site as well. The staff are very friendly. There is plenty to do around the Inn, be it a stroll around the premises or taking advantage of the amenities.

Most the staff seemed very nice but incompetent. Took about 30 minutes or more to check in. Was told i might have to switch rooms for another guest and took hours before they could confirm I wouldn't have to switch. Room wasn't in very nice shape (ex. bathroom shelf was falling down and drains were all clogged), our room wasn't very clean (converter was stained and disgusting). Our room and hallway also reeked of marijuana from other guests and the problem remained after i alerted the front desk. Breakfast buffet was very good though.

I was here for my company Christmas party. The staff at Pocono Manor were incredible! Even when my friend asked for towels (she spilt her drink on the dance floor), some lady came right over to clean it up! They were very tentative and professional. The inn is rustic and charming, the rooms were nice too! Wish there was a mini fridge though. Overall it was a great experience.

Staff is exceptionally pleasant and the decor is so lovely. Rooms were quaint looking and tiny, but impossible to sleep in because you can hear people from the hallway and the rooms above loud and clear. It was not the cozy, quiet getaway I was expecting. Instead, the place is overrun by shrieking kids and louder parents, until 3 am even. The light from the hallway also seeps in through the large gap in the door, so the room is never dark.
