Wendy is the best! I have been going to her for two years and refuse to go anywhere else! She does quality work in a timely manner and is always very professional and lots of fun, I always leave Waterlilly spa feeling beautiful whether I get my hair done, nails or waxing! Highly recommended!!!

Wendy is incredible. She works at making sure customers are always happy. I go in select a color and she works her magic. Many times compliments are abound when I travel. Her designs are impeccable and original

First I want to say that the salon and owner are very nice but the reason I'm giving such a low rating is because of the quality of work. I chose to go to waterlily spa based off of the impeccable reviews I read but was left very disappointed. I had a full set of acrylics put on and was not satisfied at all. the application of acrylic on a few of my nails was a little lumpy in areas and the width and lengths of my nails did not match the opposite nail, she did not check my opposing nails side by side to compare that the nail length and shape was similar. But the biggest disappointment which lead me to write this review is that she did not seal the acrylic down tight enough against my nails which lead to every single one of my nails to start lifting up after just 1 week of getting them done and by the end of the second week all of my nails we're completely off. That quality of work was very disappointing. I've never had my nails lift up and pop off that quickly before and I've visited a lot of different nail salons, which is a waste of money but also is a concern for fungus and bacteria to grow under the nail and get trapped which leads to bigger issues. I was hopeful of this salon after seeing such good reviews but I'm sad to say I plan on not returning.

What an amazing experience! Wendy (the owner) made my sister and I feel like we were at home. The waxing and pedicure we received were excellent and relaxing! I highly recommend coming to Waterlilly Spa!

Waterlilly Spa is very good about limiting your wait time for your appointment. I have never had a prolonged wait time at Waterlilly.
