The delivery drivers were great however the customer service and everything in between were a huge waste of money. I was overcharged about 500$ and upon inspecting my belongings found eveidence of mice inside the pod. My apt has a supervisor for the delivery drivers here in Knoxville where we moved from Louisiana. The customer service team was extremely rude to my wife and I and even after talking to the supervisor here even he could not get anything done. I was not only overcharged but I was charged a week too early and they didn’t even have a record of us calling to have the pod picked up. When I called yet again they could not give me a pick up date. When I got a call back from the supervisor the company didn’t have the correct pickup or delivery date which they denied his request for a refund because of this. Do not ever choose pods if you are moving out of state and have to depend on the customer service dept. the pod was only supposed to be around 2000$ but it ended up being more like 3000$ with taxes and “fees” added. I feel as if customer service and doing the right thing is gone now. My case was also supposed to be reported to a territory supervisor and I haven’t heard anything back. I have sense reported them to the FTC. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money or they will waste it for you.

This is less about their service and more about the company. I was traveling through Knoxville and a truck carrying a PODS container was a few car lengths ahead of me and to the left. About 1/3 of the PODS sign on the back of the container broke off and hit my truck, causing minor damage. I sent PODS photos of the truck carrying a POD, with most of the sign missing, pieces of the sign I picked out of the body seems on my vehicle, and the damage the sign caused. All I asked was that PODS pick up the costs of buffing the scuffs off my paint. This cost is probably less than $150. PODS denied the claim because their contracted trucking service denied the event. Well there you go, their container, on the back of a contractor’s truck, damaged my vehicle, and I must pay for the repair, even though I have photos of all of it. This is not a reputable or honest company.

This location good service. Pods corporate , terrible customer service. I ordered one pod, they charged for 2 and delivered one. They refunded a partial amount for the second container and 2 days later charged it again.11 days later they charged it for a second month and after calling Pods to complain and demand a refund....well they charged a 3rd time. Get it together. Still no refund. This started in June. We were Billed 3 months in one month. I called 2 weeks ago for a pick up. It's still there. Still no refund.

We used POD when we were doing all the hardwood floors in our house. Had to move everything out of main living area. Fantastic experience with the POD team. Very easy process to reserve the POD , delivery and pick up process was great. They had a difficult location to place the POD but the driver had no problem. POD was clean and pretty much weather proof. It snowed and rain almost the entire month we had the POD and all of our furniture or belonging were dry the entire time. I would highly recommend the POD team if you need temporary storage on your site.

Visit to storage site to access POD was very convienent and staff were very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
