The PODS experience was by far the easiest part of the move! We crammed it with books and furniture, stored it for a month or so, then unloaded it at our leisure. Terrific service--a real pleasure to deal with.

Easy to schedule, pick and drop off a breeze and great to have in your yard so you can move things easily

Somewhat more expensive than the competitors, but clearly worth it on the basis of the courtesy and expertise of the delivery driver, timeliness of delivery and the simplicity of dealing with the company .  My first choice!

The container was dropped off to us on time so that we could load it. Once we loaded it, we did not get confirmation that it had been picked up. We had to have a friend drive to the home to see if it was picked up. We were given a 3-hour window for delivery to our new home. The driver was already over 1-hour late when I called the 800 number to get an update. I was told that they could only contact dispatch and had no update. Two hour later, I called back and was very rude to the rep that I spoke to. Because of my rudeness, the rep had the driver contact me to say that he would be on his way shortly. They have VERY POOR communication!! I will never use them again!!!
