I have never had a storage unit before. Tim explained everything.  I was amazed how clean the facility was. Tracy and Tim are wonderful. I have already recommended this faculty to my friends.

I arrived at this location and Tim assisted me with great  customer service. The location was clean and beautiful. He was very friendly and helpful

I have been overly pleased with the cleanliness and service at Safegaurd Storage. I have been renting a unit for nearly four years and there hasn't been a day that goes by that I haven't been greeted with a smile and a willingness to assist any of my needs. Tim is consistent with his professional service to his customers and is a great asset to Safegaurd Storage. Tracy has been friendly and has always helped me when I needed. I do recommend this location!

Tracey and Tim are extremely helpful and courteous.  This storage facility is very clean; Tim and Tracey can be found sweeping the halls.  This is a secure storage facility.  I highly recommend Safeguard on Riverside in Metairie.
