This place is so up and down it os impossible to give a good review.employees are fantastic, helpful and apologetic. I habe rented 3 times in the last 6 months. Not once did they have the equipment confirmed on my reservation. Once they sent me into New Orleans and then to Kenner to finally find the right trailer. Next time they only had one a little larger for the same price.  This last time same deal, no 5x8 only a 12 footer for the same price but 4 mpg less for 715 miles even half empty! 14 more gallons ($34) and 1 hour longer. Forget the $50 guarantee....aint going to happen since you get the larger trailer at no extra charge. By the way, dont forget to fold the blankets neatly or you have to pay $5 per for them to fold them.

Returned a car trailer to this location this morning. Very fast and friendly. I previously went to another location in New Orleans, but will start going to this one. They greeted me within a minute of us pulling up and unhooked and checked in the trailer within three. Very fast and really nice people. A+

The staff and manager RJ are amazingly easy to work with. The storage facility and truck were clean. If I ever need to use another storage or rent a truck in the New Orleans year I will definitely come back here.

Horrible! The white lady who checked us out has nasty attitude. If she don't like her job she should go back to school to get an education to pursue a Career.
