Vet techs and receptionists are incredibly sweet but some of the vets there will shame-educate and bless you out for ten minutes about something so simple. There's an ettiquite in how you talk to people, and while I don't doubt their knowledge in their field, don't use scare tactics simply because my dog is skittish and you can't properly examine him. Ten pound Chihuahua but Lord, we're going to have to sedate him and do a b and c in the future all because YOU haven't practiced with him and YOU haven't done this, and that. My dog is healthy, my dog gets regular health exams, my dog is everything to me, so get off the high horse, and stop talking above everyone else. Make suggestions that don't sound demeaning. Not going back. Will take my wallet elsewhere.

The veterinarians are excellent.  They put the health and welfare of your pet first and they explain everything they do completely.  We have taken our pets there for many years and we have the utmost confidence in the staff.

I am extremely grateful for this hospital as they made the tragic experience of losing my dog of fourteen years as peaceful as it could be. We were not even patients of the hospital, but they worked us in immediately as it was an emergency. I did not even get the name of the vet or vet tech that helped us, but they were incredible. Thank you.

I just left this office upset by the fact that they did not notify me that one of my dogs needed his rabies shot. The excuses given were as follows: "our computer shoots out these notifications and we send postcards; when told that I did not receive a postcard, next person said, sorry but actually the office "ran out of postcards." Upon asking why someone could not call or text, I was told they don't do that. This, after I've spent hundreds of dollars with this business.  I am now looking for another veterinarian group. I have NEVER been treated this way.

Love this vet! They're very accommodating, friendly to the fur parents and loving to the furbabies! They absolutely have your baby's health first on their list!
