This was our third choice after finding out our first choice didn't have the special we like and the second place closed at 5 pm. It looked promising, although I immediately thought the seating was inadequate. Only one full booth, a row of stools, a weird communal table, and a few tiny tables with a bench on one side and chairs on the other, one of which was dirty. The large hanging lamps over the communal table were ridiculously low - my husband banged his head on this stupid fixture not once, but twice and he is short! The young woman who took our order was rude - not a good sign. I asked for ice water and she didn't give it to us. My husband went back and was handed a glass of warm water from the sink where they wash their hands. We opened the salad and didn't even take a bite. The leaves were brown on the edges and a bit wilted. When my husband took it back to the counter, the young woman copped an even ruder attitude. She said we shouldn't have ordered it with dressing - that's why it was brown and limp. Then she proceeded to tell my husband the lettuce came from a big bag! Wow, that's really a great selling point. We could buy crappy lettuce like that for $1.00 at Jewel and throw in our own chicken. For $10.00 - you'd expect better quality. it was only 5:30 pm - I'd hate to see what the lettuce looked like by 7:30 pm. Needless to say, never going back and probably won't even try another location of this chain.

Food makers weren't wearing gloves, wouldn't take our order for the first 15 minutes, hot food was cold, added protein was less than 2 ounces.
