I ordered a cold cut combo. Two pieces of meat on the sandwich mostly lettuce. I scraped off the lettuce because it looked mostly Brown . I got a drink which was mostly ice. Probably got four good swallows out of that. I I haven't been to this location in a long time thought I would give them another try. Sorry I made that decision. I can't see how they're still open. I paid $11 for a sandwich with two pieces of meat on it and a drink with mostly ice in it. Only thing good about it as I got a bag of chips .that was mostly my lunch.
Mold food alert ! The sub which we got had mold & contaminated if you see the picture. It was horribly maintained and when we asked, the employee claims himself as owner turned out to be VERY RUDE and challenging nothing cannot be done and he has seen so many negative reviews previously with so many customers and says its not new to him. I really feel this subway should be permanently closed for the health and safety reason for the public. I have reported to Tennessee Department of Health as well not sure how the heath department let this subway to run with very low hygiene maintained Refer to the Pictures Please watch your food for any molds if you are having here and you might end with food borne disease. Strongly recommend you not to eat here.
Horrible customer service from the older woman who worked there. No smile. Kept saying “next” with a tone of an annoyed teenager. No one else in the store, we weren’t holding up any lines or inconveniencing anyone. Will not be going back.
My first time here was today and he wasn’t really great . He was being really cheap trying to save his food when it need to be the amount you paying for specially if it almost $10 dollars. Usually they fold your food in and cut it , he just cut it and the food falling out . I told him to put more because I’m paying for it . I didn’t feel welcomed and I’m not even from Tennessee but this is not a good place I should looked at reviews before I spent money here . Thank you for those who actually do reviews.
I don't understand how their health score is 100. If I am paying $12 for a sub and a drink I atleast expect a clean bathroom. I took some other pics but too nasty to post...
This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. Old, stale bread. Rude service who doesn't even TRY to make a decent sub--like who wants the butt of a tomato slice on their sandwich??? Gross. It seems I overpay here each of the 4 times I've tried it. The only decent thing is the location and drive-thru. But don't waste your time or money. These people don't even care.
Store makes up hours and doesn’t have items prepared. Tried to get a sub a 6pm and was told they only had white or wheat bread. When asked why at 6pm in the middle of the week they didn’t have bread the employee unapologetically said they closed at 6:30 or 7 and decided not to make more bread. Clearly they just make up their hours by the day to suit the hours that are convenient for them. I will never give this location my business again!
A descent location. It is not usually very busy and the food prep area is clean. They had a 100 on their inspection when I was there. My only complaint is the employees/owners are not very friendly at all!! They have never smiled at me or ever exchanged cordial words. They always make me feel like they want to get me out of there as quickly as possible. I still continue to go there though, lol.
During these hot days I prefer a sandwich and the Italian BMT toasted is my favorite.
We went to this Subway today to get a chicken breast sandwich. I didn't want the bread toasted and asked the guy working to heat the chicken in the microwave. I even asked him if he heated it up and he said yes. We got home and the chicken was FROZEN as could be. He never put it in the microwave. NEVER eating at this Subway again. Maybe if he wouldn't be talking on the phone while working, he would possibly get the order correct. When we got home I tried to call the store and the line just rings. They won't even pickup.
