Emily Vandoorn has to be one of the best realtors I’ve ever come across. Her positive nature and eagerness to help make the entire buying or selling process a pleasant experience. She’s extremely talented with marketing, staying on the leading edge of technology, yet always keeping it personal and warm. Her knowledge of the industry is second to none, making her a great problem solver and negotiator. I give her 5 Stars without hesitation and recommend her to anyone seeking a professional with an honest, hardworking approach to business.

My parents are selling their home, it’s been stressful. No communication, no explanations when they ask questions, just “oh it’s fine this is how we do things” My parents haven’t sold a house in 30 years. Take the time to explain it to them and trust they can handle it. Also follow through with what you say you’ll do- we were supposed to be emailed contracts to go over them for my parents- nothing. My mom has asked and was told yeah I’ll send them and nothing. frankly I’m angry at the lack of care they have received. They feel like their home was just a number and until an investor wanted it they were being ushered into taking a much lower deal. I’m out of state and stressed to the max with the lack of communication and the sudden urgency now that an investor bought the house. I had hoped this end of the process would have gone easier but we do not recommend nor will we use them again. Emily has been amazing though the assistant I think that’s her name

I highly recommend the Brodick group at Realty Pros for all your real estate needs. Their customer service and work ethic was impeccable, they were patient with me during the process and explained everything and made my home purchase easy and smooth.
