Excellent Italian/American restaurant. Menu has innovative touches for all dishes without getting weird. Service was solid. Bread was delicious. Cocktail menu imaginative. I had the carbonara, which was properly decadent. The Caesar Salad was well done. All in all, a fine experience, and they took care of our last-minute 6-person reservation without a problem.

Kudos to Henson G. and the wait staff that worked the outdoor dining on the evening of Friday, September 10th. From entrance to exit, this was an experience. We made dinner reservations for 19:30 to celebrate my birthday. Keep in mind the menu changes throughout the day which can be found on their website. We ordered a Caesar salad, he ordered the prime rib, and I had the halibut. The food, a rock concert in our mouths. The Caesar is the best I’ve had, the dressing with the parm croutons mixed with fresh romaine is good to crave another one. His steak per his words, juicy and scrumtrulescent. My halibut, flakey and melted in my mouth with every bite. The ambiance was very romantic and perfect for any celebration.

Some friends took us there after a show in the city. I expected it to be good, but this place was outstanding! Food was incredible. Service was great, very attentive without being overbearing. Atmosphere was great we had a wonderful timeFood: 5/5
Not sure how this place got 4 star, we ordered fried calamari, It was very oily and half of the cone filled in fried onion, squash and few pieces of calamari..$20 for mix of oily food. Our entrees were Tuna melt and chicken fried sandwich, a meal from Chick-fill-A taste better at half price of their plate.. definitely we’re not coming back.
Myself and my extended family went to Postino on December 30th at 1:00pm. As we entered, there was a foul stale odor, that couldn't be reasonably justified by the food being immediately cooked. Pungent choking smells. We were seated near, but not exactly at the bathrooms. I didn't notice immediately, but after a while I smelled sewage like odors wafting in the air, that were just gross and repulsive. Once I noticed, I observed the scent never left the air. It was faint, but disgusting. When I went to use the restroom, it was the same sewage like odor, but stronger. I don't think they consider these odors and I suspect if someone complains, they apologize and give a stock answer, such as "we'll look into it" or something like that. In the future, I will try to get my family to consider a different dining option than Postino.

Food was OK, but overpriced. With advanced reservations asked for quiet table for personal conversation but was placed in a busy noisy area with difficulty to hear tablemates, while other quieter tables went unoccupied.Food: 3/5
Great experience! Excellent service, and our waitress was very helpful since it was our first time there. Their menu changes depending on the time of the year. When we visited the Seafood stew was available, and it completely stole the show. However the Frito Misto fried calamari and onions was a close second. It's more on the expensive side, but totally worth the experience. My only complaint is that we were there to celebrate a 30th birthday, and they didn't provide any sort of complementary dessert. I was hoping for something to take a picture with.
