I'm so glad I went to Pou Veterinary Group! I knew I picked the right place as soon as I was greeted by the receptionists. As a new customer I found the check-in process easy and efficient. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and treated my dog Marshmallow as if she was his own. Dr. Pou is a fantastic veterinarian! He answered all of my questions and took his time to explain everything they would be doing during the examination. I was very impressed with how high quality their equipment is and appreciated that they invited me to take a look at my dog's x-rays. The office has a convenient full pharmacy which means no running around to collect prescriptions after the visit. I purchased the senior dog package which covered the exam, provides discounts and includes a phone number which will allow me to ask questions or share concerns with the doctor any time, day or night. I am very happy with the service and look forward to going back for vaccinations, exams and grooming in the future.

I am a first time dog owner and went to Pou as recommended by the pet store I got my puppy from. HE IS AMAZING! The staff is great, prices are good  and Dr. Pou was so helpful and honest which was nice. He answered all my questions without hesitation and offered peace of mind for my new puppy. I am so happy with this office!!

Dr. Pou did an excellent job of healing Austin of his infections. There was a lot to be done and he was on point with everything he assessed. Thank you!

This clinic is a godsend! Not only are they reasonable with their prices but their atmosphere is great!! I spent so much money before I came to Pou Vet Group, they knew exactly what they were talking about and helped my dogs feel better without emptying out my pockets! Highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

Dr. Pou has taken excellent care of both my boys (6 year old and 9 month old pugs). My oldest had to have surgery with Dr. Pou and my youngest recently was neutered by him, and both procedures went perfectly. Left on vacation, and I couldn't think of anyone better to board my babies with than everyone at Pou Vetenery. The staff is great- everyone is friendly and helpful and shows a genuine concern for your fur babies' well-being.
