Years ago a coworker recommended this family-owned establishment to us and I am so grateful that she introduced us to Precision Auto!  All the comments that other people have made about the quality service and friendly & professional manner in which we as customers are treated at Precision Auto are true and it certainly makes taking your vehicle in for service that much "easier."  We recently had several issues with our (older) car and Precision took care of a leak situation without a problem.  However, a rusted area had also created a hole in the pipe that connects the muffler/catalytic converter/resonator and as a result, our car was making a terribly loud noise.  Unfortunately, the entire section would have had to been removed (including the parts that were still working fine) because it is all attached on our car's  make/model, so Andy at Precision Auto suggested instead that we take it to a shop that does welding in an effort to alternatively cut out the rusted area and weld a new section back in.  Andy went as far as to recommend a specific welding place and you can imagine our relief that his welding suggestion worked on our car and we saved thousands of dollars at his recommendation.  Once again Precision came through for us and we so appreciate them having their customer's best interests at heart.  Finding a "honest mechanic" is not something to take for granted and we are always confident when we recommend Precision to our friends that they will receive the same outstanding service that we've come to truly appreciate. Had the absolute best experience here. Brought a new car in for their pre-purchase inspection and it was done extremely promptly. Wonderful customer service from Maria at the front desk and Edwin who drove me to and from in the shuttle. Will be using them consistently from now on and recommend to all those in need of a trustworthy mechanic.

An exceptional service shop - the only place we take our cars now for routine maintenance. A detailed inspection report with pictures is sent before proceeding with any work. I've never felt like they were overcharging or recommending unnecessary service. Also offers a courtesy shuttle, which is very helpful in dropping off/shuffling cars. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area - courteous, professional and respectful.

An auto repair shop that treats you with respect and great service!  All repair shops are not created equally.  And Precision Auto is far and above many of the auto shops I have dealt with over the years.  From the time you schedule an appointment on line, it was after hours when I scheduled my appointment, I received a reply back from Precision Auto the very next morning - to walking in the front door - to Mr. Ben driving you in the shuttle.  Precision Auto treats you like they really value your business!  They even sent me a text message after the my inspection was done with a detailed explanation of the work.  And they did not talk above my pretty little head (yes...I called myself pretty!) like I was an auto mechanic.  They talked in a way that I understood exactly what was done and what was recommended.  The customer service at Precision Auto reminds me of my old neighborhood in Jersey, when my dad would take one of our cars to Mr.  Del Vecchio's for repair.  Mr. D would get someone to drive us home or would lend my dad a car while our car was undergoing repairs.  It's that caring, hands-on, small town great service that seems to be a thing of past.  THANK YOU PRECISION AUTO FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

I have experienced an amazing great of attention, communication , and the finest best of hard working people that strive for your happiness for a successful well Job done on your vehicle. I have been to many locations and was not able to find the price budget and the quaility of work of trust you put in for someone to work on your vehicle. Maria was my first contact and we were able to talk about everything about the vehicle , they have an amazing form of explaining in full details of the services you would need to get done on our vehicle with pictures and a description. One thing I enjoyed Maria was never pushy with the sells, she was more always more concerned to making her customers happy. There is a service for after hours , you can pick your vehicle up anytime , just remember to arranged the details with your point of contact so they can get you started . 

Brenda , was great on time for pickup from the service they have which is a shuttle car, what better can this get, they have a service , they come and pick you up. The whole ride was comfortable , and professional. In overall rating ***** 5 stars.
