As a doctor it is often difficult to find not just competent trainers, but highly skilled and experienced ones that won't injure someone. Donnie and his staff are by far the most impressive group of fitness experts I have ever encountered. They are backed by proven methods at helping anybody achieve their fitness and health goals; while most importantly not sacrificing safety for results. This is the only place I recommend my patients go to achieve their exercise, nutrition, and athletic goals.

I went in with knee pain (I'm a distance runner) to the point that going up the stairs was unpleasant. Donnie recommended a set of exercises to gradually build and balance muscle strength without causing further damage. It worked like a charm. Within a month I had no significant pain in day to day activities, and at this point after over six months of training, I'm in about the best shape of my life. Precision is one of those rare places that can do both sports performance and injury management, no BS.

It's not the cheapest place in the world, but it's an awful lot cheaper than ignoring health problems until you need a major medical intervention - or working with an underqualified "trainer" who may make things worse instead of fixing them. Health is important - do yourself a favor and work with an expert.

These guys really know their stuff! They take their time to make sure you have the correct form and still know how to safely push you towards your limits. My wife and I love our workouts here! Can't beat the quality of training!
