I always dread working out. I even dread the car ride to the gym but coming to 9Round completely worth your time. The staff is very encouraging and truly make the experience more pleasurable and fun. My husband and I were getting tired of sitting on the couch after working all day and wanted to find a fun and quick workout. We are SO happy at 9Round. It is a comfortable atmosphere and it boosts our moods. It does not matter if you are at the peak of your athleticism or just getting started, 9Round is truly a great workout for all.

My wife and I love going to 9 Round after work. You can show up at any time and jump in. The workout is only 30 minutes which makes it easy to find the time. You will burn a substantial amount of calories due to the high intensity nature of the workouts. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new challenge.

9Round is an awesome total body workout! I don't enjoy working out but when I found 9Round that changed. It's fun and gets you results! The trainers are great and there is never a shortage of encouragement! The best part is that there are no class times. You can come and jump in when it fits in your schedule, as a new round starts every 3 minutes. I can't recommend it enough.

This is a unique workout . It is circuit training meets kick boxing. it is totally fun, challenging and burns a lot of calories in 30 minutes. You come on your own schedule during open hours and get it done for the day. Go twice if you are an elite athlete. It is good for any level of fitness . Get your stress out on the bags. This is a complete workout . The staff and trainers are friendly too. Just try it once (first work out is free) and you will be hooked like me. Mary G.

This is fun, fast, calorie burning workouts that are different every day. The atmosphere is encouraging and motivating and all the staff are great! I love 9Round!
