I have been working out at My Body Fitness a little over 4 months. In those 4 months I have lost 80 pounds. Andrea and Sarah are both great trainers! The workouts are always different and personalized just for you! They also are great with nutrition and providing a meal plan for you! I look forward to going there everyday it's always a very fun atmosphere and you always feel comfortable!

This place is exactly what I was looking for, short training sessions, not crowded like the a big box gym and personal training. My trainer is Sara. Sara can diagnose the optimum training required and you see the results quickly! Thanks Sara!

Making the choice to start personal training at My Body Fitness in FlowerMound is one of the best decisions I have ever made! My trainer, Sarah Osigian, is motivating, supportive and keeps me accountable. She works me hard but it is so fun and rewarding. I have been training with her over a 3-4 months which has lead me to getting results while having a great time. The place is a perfect place to join if you are looking for fun, support environment and want great results!!

My Body Fitness is the BEST! I have never looked forward to going to the gym or working out until now. Sarah is my trainer, and she is incredible. She is super sweet, really fun, extremely knowledgeable, and good at what she does. She is always prepared with a personalized workout and encourages me to do my best and to have good technique. In only two short weeks I've already noticed a huge difference in the way I feel, and am on my way to meeting my goals. I seriously miss it the days I don't get to go!

I love working out at My Body Fitness! Between the personal training and the boot camp classes I am seeing huge results in a very short amount of time. The trainers are very encouraging and will help you in any way to achieve you goals.
