Happy to report top-notch, excellent service! We developed brake issues that needed addressed as soon as possible. They had us drop off the vehicle late Friday afternoon and had all the requested repairs done by 2 pm Saturday, even offering to pick us up & drop us off. We were very impressed with their prices, workmanship, & customer service. As of now, the've help us avoid "new" car payments awhile longer (since we were considering to driving to a dealership to trade it in). After recently moving to the area, we're happy to have found a good, trust-worthy mechanic! Thanks!

Worst place I have ever been to!!!! Put used parts on my vehicle and after spending 1600$ my power steering is STILL OUT. do NOT trust these people!

Customer service was great. They had my car done in a reasonable time and I didn't even schedule an appointment!

These guys rock! Customer service A+. I had probably 50 good experiences, followed by one bad one. One of the guys at O'Reilly's suggested that I give Precision a try. I told him about my last experience, and he said the guy was no longer working there. When I told Mike, one of the techs, and Matt, the long-time owner, about it, they were gracious in taking the feedback, and thanked me for coming back. It's soooo nice to have honest, dependable mechanics back!! They went over the top to win back my business today and I appreciate it. Kudos to you guys.

I went to get an oil change. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they let me in and got my service completed in a timely manner. They are trustworthy and friendly.
