Just pulled my sister out of a snow drift. Max did a great job He had to use the tow truck for about 10 minutes while my sister gunned the reverse in the car. And then, like the incredible hulk, Max got in front of my sister's car and pushed the car out!!!!  Wow thanks Max!!!

They are the best! Never try to up sell you or sell you things you don’t need. I have gone to them for the past two years and every time I am shocked at how low my bill is. Also very nice and always get my car fixed quickly! :)

they are great! had both my vehicles towed and serviced by them. tows were always on time. service was excellent. fixed only what was wrong and never tried to up sell me.

If zero was an option I would give it.  The employees at Dick's Valley Service are heartless cold money-grabbing individuals who don't care who has died or any reason why a car may have been left to sit including the delays with the MN DVS or traveling out of state for because of a death in our immediate family.  The Manager actually insisted that I tell my husband whose mother had died less than 7 days ago that he should have taken care of his stuff before.  He also stated that they have other things to get done and that I needed to wrap up my 2 min. story quickly. It then took 3 hours instead of approximately 1 as quoted to get my non-running car to the salvage yard. The company here only cares about money! I will never use their service again. Update: We left town on Tuesday the 16th due to severe health condition of a dear family member not knowing that any storm was eminent. I stand by what I said originally.  The Nazis used the excuse "Just doing my job".

One of our cars wouldn't start, even with a jump. We called for a tow, but rather than just taking the vehicle over, the driver Nick got out a starter kit and managed to get the vehicle running. We originally thought it wouldn't be able to be worked on until Monday since it was after normal repair hours, but Nick called and found there would be someone available to replace the battery for us. Todd was very helpful and informed us of potential quirks with the radio that might come with a battery disconnect, and although we were lucky in that regard the heads-up was appreciated. Both Nick and Todd were friendly and courteous throughout, making small talk and jokes, and went above what we were expecting, would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area.
