It is the best place around if you are looking for an ineffective and inefficient staff and substandard care. It takes months to get an appointment and you haveto wait over an hour, even if you are the first appointment of the day.

Went in for an OB appointment, they took my urine and blood. Never got the results for the urine or blood test. I went in a moth later for my next appointment, the Dr. forgot that I was comming in to do a glucose test to test for gestational diabetes (which they told me to prepare for on my last visit). When I asked about it to the nurse she shrug her shoulder and said, "okay I guess we can do that." I told the Dr. I was having pain in my bladder and it hurts to void, he said that there was blood in my urine and that he would call me in 48 hrs with the urine culture and if needed they would send antibiotics to my pharmacy. Never got a phone call. I've tryed calling them twice to get the results and see if I need antibiotics, it's starting to hurt when I walk at this point. Everytime I call the nurse is always busy and "she'll give me al call right back." Still waiting on the phone call. At my last appiontment I had to ask for my previous blood results, the nurse checked and stated that everything was fine. I asked for a copy of the lab reports and the nurse gave them to me. It stated that my neutrophils count was high, so my body has probably been fighting this infection for a while now. I also called 2 days ago to schedule my next OB appointment. They said they would give me a call right back. I'm still waiting for that call as well. Go to another clinic. Any other clinic.

Not answering phone calls, staff are not professional , they give you the attitude that they don't care about anything you are saying !! If you have a Dr. APP you Wil probably need to take a day off because you will spend the whole day before they let you in no matter what your appointment time ..although the Dr. is good but the medical center is horrible & unorganized.. so disappointed

My wife waited 2 months for an appointment here. She finally got in. The doctor never even saw her. A nurse saw her for 2 minutes. They did not give her anything. No prescription for pain. NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE.
