DO NOT USE This Company!!!!! Theives and Crooks to say the least!!! Low price and as soon as they arrive they jack up the price!!! Go with a real company! If I was the owner I would be ashamed by all the bad reviews that you have just read. All the bad reviews are TRUE!!! Customer Service was terrible. They sent me wrong contracts multiple times. They didn't even have the right address. Do yourself a favor and spend more money on a legit company because in the end it will be worth it!! (And you will still be spending the same amount of money..only they will be truthful and honest from the start!!)

I got Ruben's number from my Real Estate agent and he came to my house to give me an estimate. Took note of all my items and gave me a price quote right on the spot. All the other estimators said they'd get back to me in a few days. I called Ruben the next day to book my move as I didn't want to wait too long (didn't want to lose availability). On moving day, Joseph, Dave, and Tim were extremely professional and careful with my belongings. Ruben stopped by to make sure that everything was going well...and that to me is everything. I'm a professional musician, and my piano is the most
valuable possession to me. I haven't moved in years
because it moving makes me nervous. Ruben (came out to see me)
and the rest of his team put my mind at ease and did
an awesome job at moving everything, including the
piano! The best part is my tune up guy said they were so careful he really didn't need to do much to tune it up. That is the reason i went out of my way to leave them a review! I don't think I'd ever use another mover ever again! Thanks Premier Movers!

This company lures you in with lower rates. Once you meet, they jack up the prices knowing you have no other option and blame it on on the sales reps. They do not follow through with their promises and they scammed two family members of mine. Do yourself a favor and try literally any other company

They are thieves with predatory business practices.  They quoted me one price for a move to North Carolina from New Jersey, and promised same day delivery.  I asked if this was a rough estimate or the final cost, and Tom specifically said it was the final price, even if I had more items.

I didn't hear from them once they took my deposit until about an hour before pickup, at which point they said they were going to charge me an extra 8% to use credit.  Then once they had my stuff on the truck, they charged me more than double what they had initially said, and assured me that they were going to get my stuff to me within 2 days (instead of the same day delivery).  We had packed things on the truck that could not be exposed to the overnight low temperatures of a late November move since they said we would be getting our items the same day.  They also said they would not be putting my stuff on a truck with anyone else's things.  A few days later, they called and said it was going to arrive 4 days late, and their subcontractor called and said they were charging me extra because I was on the third floor (which was mentioned in the initial sales call, with no mention of an extra charge) and he would be putting my stuff in a smaller truck because they had apparently put it in a larger truck with other people's stuff, which was what caused the extra 2 days delay, despite assuring me that they would not be doing that.
