Very Professional Team from the first contact during the estimating process through to the moving day.  The estimators are thorough to avoid any surprises and describe the entire process.  The managers of the operation set appointments and followed up before the actual moving day.  Each crew that I had the chance to work with, since I moved several times in the last couple of years, arrived on time and with the supplies needed to pack any fragile art items or priceless antiques to avoid breakage.  Since my new home was still under construction, I required storage of my belongings for several months.  All items were inventoried and packed so well that everything was delivered without any damage.  Cindy B.

What I was told and what took did not happen- was disappointed as my selling feature description 
Failed.
If you are going long distance please use another mover.
I was told the people that load you are same people that meet you out of state which is not true
At all. I was told once truck loaded it heads to me,which is what I was told and that did not happened.
I did not wan my belongings handled this many times! 
Once they arrived they never called ahead the driver that is.
And in the end they tired to get more money at of me .

The packers are awesome though hence the three stars,but after that all downhill!

Wonderful people to work with. Everything was handled with care and any of my needs were exceeded. Many people agree that they hate moving but AA American Moving and Storage really took the time to make it as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

Company has obnoxious telemarketing practices - calls multiple times a month under slightly different phone numbers (always starting with 201-891).  Refuses to stop calling.

Do you really want to do business that so brazenly violates the telemarketing laws?
