Dr. Xunda Gibson is an amazing doctor; she really cares for her patients and she is also very detail oriented. I trust her because she always helped me and my entire family when we had a medical problem. This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a very long time. I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care received during my visits to your office.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We did not have to wait long before being seen. They even went out of their way to make sure my prescription went where it needed to go despite me changing pharmacies after leaving. I'm very pleased with Premier Urgent Care and will definitely go back. Dr. Gibson was thorough and informative and worked so well and lovingly with my 3 year old. This establishment is also very clean (definitely a plus)

My office was located behind Dr. Gibson's office for years. I didn't go often, but when I did all my experiences were above and beyond. My office has since moved some 25 miles away. I still go to Dr. Gibson for all my medical needs. In and out quick. Personal care and great follow up. Thank you Dr. Gibson.

Terrible, pill pushers, no fix or care. Wouldn't give me copies of my own doctors notes that I needed to bring with me out of state. I have never heard of that at any other Dr's office in me life. They said it was policy? Ridiculous!!!!! And a burden. I had to call my primary to fax urgent care, then I had to sign off, but they still would not provide me the documents and would only send the info to my primary doctor or an attorny. I'm the patient, and don't understand the run around at my expense. They were rude as well

I had a glass splinter in my foot and was unable to get it out by myself. Premier Urgent Care had gotten me in right away and the staff was great. The process of checking me in was seamless and quick with the front desk. Dr. Gibson and her assistant spent a lot of time to remove the splinter which was very difficult to do since it was buried. I will not hesitate to go to this urgent care facility in the future if need be. I would totally recommend this facility and staff to anyone that needs this type of care.
