I am new to the Prescott area having moved frequently the past several years. One of the big challenges of moving often is the Medical and Dental change of providers that takes place. After my first visit I can now say that my search for a Dentist in Prescott is over, I have found mine and it is Prescott Smiles. My wife was the first to visit them and based on her experience, I followed. I was very impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and level of care. Dr. Bowman and my hygienist were great to deal with. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and explained everything they were doing and why. They took their time making sure any concerns or issues I had were addressed and they provided me a detailed and clear perspective on my overall dental health. I very much appreciated their approach and look forward to having them help me manage my dental care in the future.

You go above and beyond to make our experience fantastic - with good humor and a clear acknowledgement that dental care isn't always fun. The wait was fine. The dental assistant was obviously aware Dr. Bowman was busy. She was too, yet concealed it well. The thing about Dr. Bowman is you can hear him throughout the facility, so despite the magazines nicely provided, I was entertained listening to Dr. Bowman cracking jokes, and describing his favorite hamburger. I left his office starving.

Being a DENTIST chicken, I had not been to one in 16 years!! I call that a real chicken. I had no idea how long it had been. My husband had several visits with Dr Tori and he had nothing except rave reviews, and that is not him. I gave in and was I ever treated like a dental chicken! The hygienist was gentle, kind and continued to ask "how are you doing? Do you need a break? Pain gel?"  "Great!!" was my reply.The next visit was with Dr Tori. Gentle, kind, hip in a great way! I fell in love with all of the staff! From the friendly receptionist to Dr Tori, I knew I was in extremely competent hands. I am no longer a DENTAL CHICKEN. I AM RECOMMENDING Prescott Smile Care to anyone who is afraid to go or need someone to provide the care they deserve to receive. I do not give 5 Stars easily! Sincerely and Respectfully Yours, Judy

Dr Bowman is the best dentist I have ever had and I'm in my later years. His whole staff enjoys working there and it shows!! I've never had a less than wonderful experience ! He goes out of his way to do all he can to get you a beautiful smile. I will never be able to thank him and his staff enough for all their help!!
