Well. I dont really get the point or asking me to write down something as I already complainted. Well  let s share my experience with others.  You re right.  It may help.  Well this location la great located BUT the woman at the counter is 1) unknowledgeable and worse 2) makes you feel you ARE ENNOYING HER. 
My question : HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE RETURNING CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH AN EMPLOYEE????

NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. 

I had previously rented from this place and had no problems. This weekend friends and I rented a car. When we put our stuff in the trunk, the attendant had to try a few times to close it, thought nothing of it, thinking a bag strap or something was in the way. WRONG. When we stopped for a quick break, and took stuff out of the trunk, it would not close. Upon closer inspection, the mechanism that locks the trunk looks like it was tampered with at one time, and never fixed properly. It took us more than an hour in the freezing cold and the best we could do with what we had was to rig it so it shut about 90% with a bag strap through the back seats, clanging for the next 2 days of our trip. 

When we returned the car, the office was already closed and we were told to call the next day with complaints. More so, the attendant didn't care about our handy work, but he did fiddle with the lock for a few minutes and got it to shut. He told my husband, that if it's reported broken they can't rent it. Which means today some poor person is going to rent the same car and get stuck like we did. When we called to complain and demand a refund, we were told it's too late the cards been processed, no apology either, just too bad, we have your money. Last laugh will be on them, we've disputed the charges.

Quick and easy experience when picking up and dropping off the car. The staff was very friendly (the woman who assisted me when picking up, in particular). And the price was right. 
The only complaint I'll make is that I didn't feel they clearly listed on their website that my rental cost was pre-tax, and I'm usually good about reading the fine print.

Avoid at all cost. Hidden charges, dishonest business practices and very rude and unfriendly staff member - they appear cheap but you will end up paying more, compared to the big brand rentals

I booked a car from abroad not so long ago, I got exactly what i wanted, the people there are very nice and responded to any request i had quickly. they have a great service and the best prices around and above all they are super nice.

Thanks alot, ill be sure to book a car at this company next time.
