Good car wash. Not to pricey. Car always looks clean when I leave. But some marks are def missed and easy to clean

Never and I mean never will I be going to this place again. If I could give a negative rating, trust me I would. Slow, unprofessional, unorganized and poor overall service. And to top it off, after I pay and go to retrieve my vehicle, the cashier who rung me out less than 5 mins earlier, ran outside and essentially accuses me of not paying. Are you serious? Maybe establish a system where the gentlemen who are drying the vehicles, retrieve customer's receipts to confirm payment? This isn't rocket science. Singling out and embarrassing customers is truly not the best approach.

I'm from Ny so I love the hand wash car wash spots. They missed a spot with bird poop later time I was there, and for the money I'm paying I would expect excellent service. But I'll go back because they're the only one around. Thus the long lines on weekends.

Absolutely aweful. Brought my 5 day old truck in to wash off the road grime and salt from driving down from Massachusetts. The staff was rude from the start not saying anything but just making noises at me signaling for me to exit the vehicle. The wash i selected was supposed to rinse the underside to get the salt off. Well they didn't even get the body of the truck clean let alone the underside. Leaving large sections untouched. And largely left undryed. And worst of all was the 2 fairly large scratches they made to my vehicle. One right next to the drivers door handle and the other on the front passenger quarter panel which has several scratched running parallel caused as they tryed to rub it out. I would have been ok with just a badly done job but not acceptable to damage a vehicle.
