I have been there on 3 occasions where the car wash has closed before the designated closing time that was posted on the website. I have experienced very, very poor customer service from the female employee working the desk and one of the male attendees. The female employee prevented me from having my car washed because her clock is set more than ten minutes faster than iPhone and car clocks. I have a monthly membership and plan on canceling due to the numerous times the employees have not allowed me or other customers from having their car washed due to laziness and poor customer service. If they would like to close early, I would recommend correcting your posted closing times online.

I've been going here since it opened, and will likely keep going until I move (because it isn't allowed to close!). They never cease to impress me with their quality.

I actually feel really bad-- I got my car detailed the other day and forgot until I was driving home that that's typically something you tip for. Ugh! I feel like a s**t person for not tipping. I might go back and try to find the right guy.

1st time here. Great car wash. I have a black SUV that was white from the salt, they cleaned it right up. They had a sale for wax, and the guy at the booth told me it helps to protect the car from the salt on the roads. He was right, it's taking longer for the salt to accumulate on the car. I did pay to have it vacuumed, but they didn't do that. Now that's partly my fault because as soon as my car came out from the wash I went over to it and waited to get in. I was in a hurry. But I had thought they had vacuumed already. The line was super long but moved at a slow but steady pace. I think they should have more then one booth selling car washes in the winter. Especially with all the salt on the ground, and they need to have extended hours. The waiting room was kinda bare, wish they had more food and drink items. They only have basic vending machines. Also because people don't pay attention, you can get blocked in after the car wash is done so that was annoying.

The quality of service is never consistently good enough to warrant more than three stars. The prices have risen a little, but the service has stayed the same and sometimes has been worse. If I pay $20 I expect my wheels to be completely clean when my car leaves the wash. I shouldn't have to finish the wheels at home. I might as well pay $5 for a brushless wash instead of four times that amount to get the same result.

Edit (in reply to the "owner"): I have never purchased a silver wash or spoken to anyone in person about my service. You must have me confused with someone else. I've only purchased Gold and I used to have a monthly membership. I stand by my review that the service quality is inconsistent. I've probably gotten my various cars washed at Auto Spa over 100 times in four years. I rate it average and not below average. Sometimes the washes were spectacular, sometimes mediocre. That's why I kept giving my business to Auto Spa. If it were bad all the time I would've rated it less than three stars and I wouldn't have kept returning.

I paid for the best wash this machine can give. When it was done, my car didn't look nearly as clean as it should. It's not like I have mud stuck to it or anything. This is just an old worn down car wash and it shows from start to finish. Very dissapointed. My Wife had the same experience.
