It’s difficult to describe this place, but good service is dependent upon who’s assisting you even if you purchase their monthly plan. I have their monthly express service only because they offered a military discount. I wanted to see how good their service would be. I quickly discovered that they don’t like to dry your car. Every time I go through, I end up getting out of the car and asking them to dry it. Today I got out and asked if they are expected to just wipe down the car or dry it. The response I received was “just wipe it down.” I’m sure my facial expression looked perplexed because he quickly retracted and stated “I’ll dry off your whole car.” But he said it in a tone that sounded as if he didn’t want to do it. I got it, it’s cold outside and nobody wants to be out there drying off cars, but that’s what they’re paid for and that’s why people tip. They only get two stars because it’s cold out, but I experienced this same type of service in the fall as well. Monthly subscription has been canceled and I’ll be looking for service elsewhere.

My husband loves his car clean. So I bought him a monthly car wash fast pass as a birthday gift. I purchased the premium one which included exterior and interior. My car was not clean when they were finished so I requested the manager. He personally cleaned all of the spots they missed by hand and it only took him 15 additional minutes. I am very pleased with the quality, I  only wish it was done right the first time but the manager also explained that the bugs on the front bumper required a special  detail which was not included in the package I purchased.

This place was decent with previous management. Current supervisors don't care for customer service. I am paying for a car wash and they make me feel I am getting charity. I cancelled my membership and going else where. These people don't care anyways they said it doesn't matter to them. Three cars at $29.99+ I thought it did.

Super military friendly. I got 20% off because of they do that on Tuesdays. So, I got an amazing detail for $48 after the 20% off. They talked me into the monthly pass which I was at first reluctant about, but then it snowed and I've been washing the salt off every since. Staff is friendly and attentive. The place looks nice too. Great to see a place that cares about military and does a good job here.

THE CAR WASH SCRATCHED MY CAR REALLY BAD. I didn't see the scratches till I got home  because you stay in your car. I'm  not happy and will not go back. Also line was really long, and unless you have a monthly pass you will be waiting for awhile. When I got to pay, I had to wait for the monthly pass holders to go through. I get that they are trying to have people pay for a monthly service, but it kinda hurts the people who are first timers. And I got the towel dry because it's freezing outside, but they used dirty wet towels, so I had smears on the windows and on the car. I have a black SUV, the smears were white. I'm not sure how you don't notice that, but I guess if you don't care about your job. And the car wasn't dry even though I paid for the towel dry.
