The only reason we get our vehicles washed here is because we have the monthly plan. I don't recommend using them otherwise. There are better car washes in the area that do a better job. There equipment has also damaged our vehicles in the past and I have - on more than one occasion - almost got pushed into the car ahead of me on the line, because the wipers can't keep up when they are busy or there are not enough people to help. If you value your car, and want it washed really good, then go somewhere else.

Zero stars if I could.  Not only did it take AN HOUR ON A SLOW DAY but it was nothing more than a run through the wash and a mediocre wipe and vacuum job.  Didn't see one manager while I was there.  Run by a bunch of teenagers that couldnt care less.  They completely missed wiping down the wheels and there were streaks everywhere.  Don't waste your time or money here.

On 1/26/17 I paid this outfit $60 for an "Exterior Express Detailing" which was supposed to include a hand waxing and buff. All they did is run it once through their car wash and vacuum the inside. When I complained about the obvious dirt on the hood, roof and trunk the attendant said he would need another $20 to do something about that. Imagine--they wanted a total of $80. Avoid this place at all costs. It is a ripoff.

Absolutely miserable service. Over an hour just to get a wash. Avoid this place at all costs. A gas station car wash is better than this place.

Cashier said leave receipt on dash. Got through the wash fine, and when I got to the dryer guy, he dried it and gave me the go ahead. (I assumed he'd look at the receipt, tell me to get out and take it to the vacuums.) I had paid for vacuuming, so I circled back around and asked when I was supposed to get that. The cashier took it back around, and _some_ vacuuming occurred. I popped open the hatch to the rear section, which had been littered with dirt and leaves, and they were all still there. I then backed it into the "Full Service" bay and vacuumed it myself.  Drove home in the bright sunlight only to see that they had merely pushed the dirt in circles. Don't take a dirty vehicle there, I guess they're only an executive carwash. (Meaning was already clean.)
