10 years ago the sales person at Preston Motors told me he wouldn't give me his best offer till I brought my husband in. No,  I didn't buy a car at Preston Motors and wasn't thrilled when recently my husband found a car there he wanted to buy.  When I entered the finance office the finance officer, shaking her hands around, says "I'd shake your hand but I just painted my nails."  Step it up, Preston Motors. This is the professionalism customers receive from an establishment 
where they are spending thousands of dollars? The rest of the interaction was mediocre.  The salesperson was helpful, friendly, professional though so he saved you from lower than a three.

Excellent dealership. Very professional and friendly employees. A great salesman  (Matt Sellers) honest and very friendly person. I got a 2015 RAV4 and loved it. I would do it all over again. 🖒

Guess maybe because it's too cold but would have been nice if they washed the car.  Great service though by everybody

Bought a 76k escalade from this dealership in July.
There was a scratch on a compartment door that kept me from wanting to purchase.
Jamie, my salesman was friendly, attentive and told me that he would replace the damaged door, no problem.  We agreed that he would ship the part to my home, as Preston dealership is 40 minutes from where i live, and my work schedule limits my free time.
Called and texted a few times, even got a follow up call from Jamie saying he didnt forget about me and the part he promised, will be on the way!
It is now 6 months later and no answer or return call.
I usually dont write reviews, and i would not have given a 1 star rating, but not keeping your word and following through with your customers is a huge error!
I will not purchase another vehicle from Preston!

not a fan of this company (bad response to customers who need help)

this office is really nothing more then horrible
i would not ever do business with them ever again..
the staff need to learn proper customer services skills  the most important  thing is to at least call back when someone has left a message .. 
i am surprises they even sell cars..
