Be prepared to pay for services never rendered when you take your Nissan that you bought there to their service dept.  When you inquire about it, they will yes you, but never do anything about it.  When you ask to speak to someone, you will talk to multiple people, but it goes nowhere, and no one does anything.  Comment on surveys also goes nowhere.  They do not care.
I have given them multiple visits to do simple things correct, but they do not.
Oil change – if you ask for synthetic, be prepared to paid for it, but that is not what you will get.  When you inquire, they will say they did it, but also tag your car that they used conventional oil.  It is one thing for it to happen once, but twice.  My car only has 12,500 miles on it.  They will also say they will send you a new sticker for the mileage for the synthetic.  They will not.
Be prepared to need new window wipers in every visit.
In addition, when your car is emissions exempt, they will change you full price.
They also will not go over anything until after the fact, when you find it on your 5 page bill.  
I have been there twice already to fix rubber seals around the roof rack that blow in the wind that are still not fixed.  I will be taking it elsewhere.
I also do not think a manager even works there.  When I asked for one, you are told that they personally already talked to him/her.  When ask to see them, they tell you they are busy.
Do not waste your time or money here, go elsewhere.

Visited the Nissan dealership this passed weekend for routine oil change.  They also checked my other fluids, tires and wiper blades.  Wiper blades needed to be replaced.  Work was done time and completely, as usual.

Visited the Nissan dealership this passed Monday to have a part replaced and also asked to have the air checked in tires.  Were able to accommodate an early appointment to allow me to get to work that day.  Also work was completed within a short period of time and only missed a few hours of work.

Visited the Nissan dealership this passed Saturday for oil change/inspection.  Theresa, as always, was very pleasant and helpful.  She went through the listing of work that was done and explained everything in detail.  She also provided discounts to those services.  I had mentioned to her about some marks on the rear seats.  She obtained some cleaning solution and went with me to my vehicle to assist with the removal.  Outstanding customer service!!!

Had a great experience with Wright Nissan.  Traded in my Altima for a 2016 Frontier.  Got a great deal on the trade-in, fair financing and great service!  Very excited for the service building changes that they are making as it will be really convenient to drop my truck off to get serviced and cleaned up.

I would defiantly recommend Wright Nissan!!  I have great experiences here. I just bought a new Rouge in December, sales staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. My husband surprised me with this new car and they did keep his secret too, LOL. I have now taken the car in for an oi; change, service staff here also great!! I usually hate taking my car for service, but not here. It is a pleasure!!

Walked in without an apt... was pleasantly surprised they took me , got car inspections, oil change and educated on how much tire life and brake pads I had left . Truly grateful for the information.. but best of all, was greeted in a friendly , timely manner... Best place for service, I highly recommend.. oh and another nice perk... their coffee machine makes decaf lates'' ,   :)
